Pasta Primavera- Raw and Rad!

I've been curious about including more raw foods in our diet, so after some research bought a great cookbook, The Simply Raw Kitchen. It's written by the Canadian author, Natasha Kyssa, who lives in Ottawa and runs her own restaurant there.
This is one of the recipes we tried tonight. Quite delicious, although it is different eating a dish raw that you would normally cook. It's all about opening to new experiences- and cuisine! I will attach the link below that gives an interview of the author, as well the recipe for this dish.
